  • We run our corporate web site on WP. I recently did a large update, tested everything, rolled it live..and it is only today that we are realizing that all of the lead generation that we do via forms…is not flowing to us anymore. Customers can download data sheets after they fill out a form (once) and that information comes to my email. Currently, the customer can still fill out the form and receive the content they are looking for (albeit the form submission is noticeably slower), but the part where we receive the emails at the other end is broken. When we built the site, we used the URL – http://www.themis.com/themis. As part of this update, we removed the /themis for better SEO. I’m assuming that it is probably related to this change.

It’s probably something that your experts can do blindfolded, but I need immediate help with this and I have budgeted projects that I would like to do if everything goes well to optimize this particular script and our site further. We are easy to work with and we pay our bills promptly.
